What is 1Folder?
1Folder is a bookkeeping service. You put the files in one folder. People sort them, make the books, check the work, and send Excel reports.
What kind of business can ask for help?
Almost any type or size can ask. PK Accountants has a broad bench. We match the work to the right accountant.
Who makes my books?
Your matched 1Folder accountant makes them. Another person checks the work.
Can my bookkeeper stay?
Yes. Your bookkeeper can add files, answer questions, and read the reports with you.
What do I put in the folder?
Your plan may ask for bank files, bills, receipts, and sales files. We agree on the list first.
What comes back?
Your plan may include check notes, a profit and loss report, and a balance sheet. It may also include a cash flow report. The files come back in Excel.
What if my budget is small?
Tell us what you can pay. We can change the work or the report rhythm. We do not lower the care or skip the second check.
Does AI make the books?
Tools may help the team. People still make and check the books.
Should I send bank files in the help form?
No. Use the form to tell us what is hard. We will agree on a safe file handoff later.
Is this tax, legal, or audit work?
No. Those jobs need their own skilled person and their own plan.
