How we handle your information

Bookkeeping inquiry information: name, email, phone if provided, business name, the situation you describe, the budget you choose to share, any optional Bitcoin or other-currency request, and any other message you submit.

Authenticated/internal information: if you are invited into a gated or internal environment, we may also process account details, sign-in events, business records, extracted document data, bookkeeping workpapers, and reporting outputs.

Minimal technical data: server logs needed to keep the site secure and debug issues. We do not use third-party marketing analytics on the bookkeeping inquiry form.

To understand your request, plan support around our availability, the complexity of your operations, and your budget, contact you about a start date or waitlist placement, measure demand for future payment methods, and operate any gated or internal service surfaces.

We do not sell your data. We do not train public models on your business records.

Bookkeeping inquiries are reviewed by SaadLLC for service planning and waitlist placement. Authenticated/internal records are accessible only to authorized team members needed to run or support the workflow.

Sub-processors we may rely on:

• Supabase - database and authentication
• Vercel - web hosting
• Resend - transactional email
• Google Workspace / Drive - gated document workflows, when used
• Stripe - payment processing only if checkout or billing is enabled later
• Anthropic / OpenAI - document classification or extraction in gated workflows, where used

Bookkeeping inquiry data is stored in our application database and retained while we plan support or keep you on the waitlist. You can request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].

Authenticated/internal records may have separate retention needs based on the workflow agreed with you, legal obligations, or security logs.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your information. Email us to exercise those rights.

We use encrypted transport, managed infrastructure, access controls, and gated authentication for non-public product surfaces. See our Security page for more detail.

We will update this policy as the product develops and moves toward broader public availability.
