1folder offers practical bookkeeping support for small businesses. The public website is a service inquiry form, not a self-serve paid product or a contract for services.

We are not a licensed CPA firm. We do not provide tax, legal, investment, or financial advice. Any bookkeeping or reporting workflow should be reviewed by you and your qualified advisors before filing, financing, or business decisions.

You may submit your contact details, a short description of your situation, and the budget you can afford. Sending an inquiry does not create a customer account, reserve a start date or price, begin paid work, or obligate you to proceed.

We will review our team’s availability, the complexity of your operations, and the budget you can offer, then email you about an immediate start or waitlist placement. You can ask us to remove your submission at any time by emailing [email protected].

Some authenticated areas may exist for internal use, existing users, or invitation-only service access. If you receive access, you must be 18 or older and authorized to share the business records you provide.

You retain ownership of documents and business information you provide. You grant us a limited license to process that information only for service planning, waitlist management, product development, or the specific service workflow agreed with you.

There is no public self-serve checkout. Before work begins, we will agree on a clear scope, price, and start date with you.

Prices and payments are currently in US dollars only. The Bitcoin and other-currency controls collect non-binding requests so we can measure demand. Selecting one does not make that payment method available or require us to offer it.

A budget shared through the inquiry form is not a quote, invoice, or guarantee that we can provide a particular scope of work.

The public site and authenticated limited-access surfaces may change or be temporarily unavailable. We do not guarantee website uptime or uninterrupted availability.

The bookkeeping inquiry form and any invitation-only access are provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, lost-profit, or business-interruption damages.

We may update these terms as the product develops and moves toward broader availability. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
